You will take shared responsibility for building and operating our internal computing infrastructure platforms and the many business-critical applications that run upon them. The ideal candidate will understand performance, availability, and security requirements for the company’s infrastructure, networks, and applications. You will architect and develop technology solutions to business problems and directly implement and operate them.

You will be responsible for building scalable, technologically-savvy finance systems for a company that is growing from dozens to hundreds. You will lead our operational finance function, from financial planning and analysis to procure-to-pay to accounting. This will include developing accounting systems that enable access to renewable energy tax incentives.

You will be responsible for leading, shaping, and scaling all human resources systems and processes. These systems and processes are essential components of the organization’s “operating system.” Getting them right will require you to be a strategic partner in defining, documenting, and bringing to life our culture of high-performing innovation and delivery. This will involve building and running the systems, structure, and team needed to support compensation and benefits, talent management, and employment law compliance at a rapidly growing company.
